This kid is at a parade and is commanding the crowd from across the way. He has a future as a political leader or an audience warm-up person.

    This little cutie was at the World Series parade for the Phillies.

    We were standing across the street, far back enough that he was out of our eyeline. Every time we heard the crowd roar, we though the player buses were coming.

    No one had a clue until this vid was posted. Hilarious.
