little girls dancing to "single ladies"

These little girls are a part of a hip-hop dance group and are performing a routine to “Single Ladies.” They certainly can dance but I wonder if their dance group is called “Risque”?
edit: added a working video

Guess I might not EVER buy Paul Mitchell products! Shouldn't/couldn't all of the audience members be arrested on kiddie porn charges?

    Child porn? isn't this illegal?!?

  3. Jenny says:

Wow. I was embarrassed for their parents. If my father saw me dancing like that at age 10 or so, he would have come up there and yanked me off the stage!

  4. have you seen this says:

I am wondering what the instructor was thinking.

yeah what has this world come to?

  6. purple penguin says:

If I had a daughter she would NOT have been able to perform in that number. The costumes and routine were not appropriate for girls their age….Hello parents????

  7. Mariah says:

It really isn't THAT bad. If you go to most dance competitions now a days, this is what you see. They are very talented dancers. It's not like they are showing anything off. They are just dancing to the music. How is this porn?

What the heck are the teachers, parents and so on thinking? Costume designer should be ashamed of themselves for putting those kids in something you would see in a strip club. Some of those dance moves are hard its unfortunate that those poor kids talent is being misrepresented by horrible choices made by the adults in their lives.

This is quite disturbing! No wonder kids are growing up so fast these days…with complexes. Let kids be kids!!!

  10. Anonymous says:

This goes to prove that the parents of these talented young girls, were also not mature and responsible enough to raise kids of their own.

So what happened to the pink tutu and classical music. When I was their age my costume looked like a bee.

these little girls are awsome ..is not porn! but yes in some areas very innapropriate for there age like TOO much booty shaking and they could vahe chosen better wore drove but if they were in different clothes and less booty movement no one would b saying anything so pls is not so bad

Having worked with predators, in a mental health setting I can tell you this is the stuff they feed on. Had the kids been a bit more covered and the body movements a bit less strip club type, this would have been a great performance…I only hope the location of the children wasnt identified or where they are from. This is candy for the perverts.

OMG, people need to get over themselves. Sometimes things are exaggerated by adults and the media. Those little girls did their thang and I thought it was cute. Now I heard the mom say that her child in the group never saw the video — that is total nonsense. Every child dancing had to see that video, but that's beside the point. I think those little girls rocked and shame on you for turning innocence into sin.

These girls are seven years old people. This is completely inappropriate.

  15. Beyonce101 says:

I was watching them and thought the costume is just as much revealing as a bathing suit. Also don 't judge the girls their only about 8 and 9 years old. They are great dancers and it's not like their doing a stripe dance .

To those parents who think these girls were talented and there is nothing wrong, are the sane parents who probably wish it was themselves doing. Stop living in a fantasy world. These are your daughters future. Dressing in a short two piece and shaking their butts in inappropriate. .they need to stick to the technical part of dancing and not take it overboard with dancing like their in a dance video for adults. …do u feel okay knowing some sick perverted man is watching ur daughter dance like that….?? Probably not.

alot of parents are for this music and dance themselves and unfortunately these children are learning from there own parents what is propper and what is not what ever happened with young kids just looking cute people let your kids be kids they will grow up fast enough

Competitions have changed since you were kids. If you are looking at this in any other way than a dance competition, than you must have something wrong in your life. Good job girls!

  19. linda says:

These LITTLE girls are very good dancers no one is challenging that. The parents or guardians are putting them at risk dressing them like this, there are too many weirdo's out there.

this is 2010. if you wanna be good you gotta start at a young age and keep up with other kids. everyone get your mind out the gutter and into the new age.

i think this was really cute. i dont think this was a problem in the first place. what i think is if you dont approve of it…STOP WATCHING IT!! Girls just wanna have fun right…then let them have fun and you and the media just get a life!

It's really not that big of a deal. It's only a big deal if you make it a big deal. These girls are truly amazing little dancers, and it's like acting. It was never intended for the whole world to see it, it was for a dance competition to show their talent, of which they did. So lets all please take a nice big chill pill.

Stop hating and blowing this out of proportation. It was a dance compeption. The girls were great. Did they win?, I hope so.

Wow. To all the people saying this isn't bad you should really be ashamed of your selves. First off, yes the outfit is very inappropriate for their age. But most importantly the dance moves were WAY too risqué for that age. Come on, 10 years old kids dropping their butts down like that (don't know how else I can describe the move)is simply not acceptable. Yes it is a dance competition and whom ever said it's what you see nowadays well wake up it's not right even if it's what you see now. I am simply appalled by this and by anyone who says this is cute or acceptable. It's almost like pimping out your child and saying loook she'd be a great stripper.

Just not acceptable. What the worlds as come to now is sad.

I thought the girls were INCREDIBLE dancers. However, I was very disappointed in the choice of costume (like harlots), and the grinding dance moves were very disturbing to be seeing children doing. I watched Beyonce's video again to see how it compared, and Beyonce and her dancers had on more clothes. I really don't think this was an appropriate song choice at all for children this young. Nevertheless, kudos to the choreographer and the girls for their execution of the performance. Inappropriate, but phenomenal. I would LOVE to see them again with more innocent song choice, costume, and choreography.

SO CUTE. THAT WAS THE MOST CUSTEST THING I'VE EVER SEEN!! I HAVE A 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND SHE SAW THIS AND SHE WAS LIKE "O MOMMY MOMMY CAN I DO THAT CAN I DO THAT" IT WAS HOLARIOUS

    people are so stupid.
    These girls are having fun,
not even thinking about half the things most of you are thinking about. your right they are young, and you guys are saying this is porn? you are the ones that should be ashamed. They obviously worked hard and they did great ,they are not 5 ,and im sure if they were dressed the same and dancing to a different song that would make it ok right? wow half of you are probably jealous your kids are not that talented ,or yourself.its negative people like you who make things bigger than they are , always worried about somebody elses child ,you are such a better parent, take care of your child and worry about he or she.its what you make of it ,and if you make something negative out of it then your sick.

Anyone who sees this as child porn is looking at it through the eyes of a pervert. Those little girls worked hard. They had fun. They were spending their time being active not at home watching tv. I am very proud of their commitment and drive. If you don't like it, don't let your kid do it. Don't knock them down because your fat little kid could NEVER get off their butt and dance.

I will definitely admit these girls are GOOD at what they do. I'm sure they had loads of fun dancing this!! It's great that they have a hobby. True the outfits are just as revealing as a bathing suit, but it sends a totally different message. I'm sure they could have done this song in something like Beyonce herself wears in the video and it would be more acceptable.

Whats the problem. The girls are good, well coached, and entertaining. Maybe people ought to go to a dance school like I have done with my granddaughter. You see girls and boys of all ages dancing similar to this. As for the costumes my granddaughter has two two piece bathing suites.
